Terms of Service

Rules governing access to Skin-Stash services, purchases, virtual goods, conduct expectations, limitations and legal disclaimers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skin-Stash (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. Supplemental guidelines or feature rules may apply; in event of conflict, those specific terms govern the relevant feature.

2. Key Definitions

  • "Virtual Goods": In-game currency, items, accounts or boosting time slots.
  • "Order Reference (GL-REF)": Unique code tied to a purchase request.
  • "Support Reference (GL-SUP)": Identifier for a help / escalation ticket.
  • "User Content": Messages or data you submit (e.g., support form text).

3. Eligibility

You affirm you are of the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction and authorized to enter these Terms. Access may be revoked if false information, abuse, fraud or policy breaches are detected.

4. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding local session context.
  • Do not share credentials or temporary access tokens with untrusted parties.
  • We may suspend or restrict access to mitigate suspicious activity.
  • Provide accurate contact data for support resolution.

5. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices, bundles and availability may change without prior notice.
  • Displayed pricing excludes any third-party platform fees (if introduced).
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order prior to fulfillment (e.g., fraud heuristics).
  • Order confirmation occurs when you receive a GL-REF reference code.

6. Virtual Goods & Fulfillment

  • All Virtual Goods are non-tangible & have no intrinsic monetary value outside the game context.
  • Fulfillment windows are estimates; delays may occur due to verification or game conditions.
  • Accounts transferred may require staged credential rotation for safety.
  • Chargebacks or disputes may trigger suspension or asset reclamation efforts.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Fraud, impersonation or payment abuse
  • Security testing without authorization
  • Data scraping beyond normal browsing
  • Submitting harmful, unlawful or infringing content
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or protective systems

8. Additional Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering proprietary components.
  • Automated actions that degrade stability.
  • Interference with delivery or escrow channels.
  • Circumventing geographic, trade or sanction controls.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, design elements, copy and platform code are protected by applicable IP laws. Limited, revocable access is granted exclusively for personal, lawful usage. Unauthorized reproduction or derivative exploitation is prohibited.

Game titles & related assets belong to their respective publishers—used here nominatively only.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND VIRTUAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING FITNESS, AVAILABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. GAME-LOOT DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC IN-GAME OUTCOMES OR FUTURE VALUE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAME-LOOT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skin-Stash and its operators against claims arising from (a) your misuse, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) infringement of third-party rights through submitted content.

13. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access for suspected breaches, fraud, abuse, legal requests or operational risk. You may cease usage at any time; key surviving sections (IP, Liability, Indemnity, Disclaimers) remain enforceable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical or business adjustments. Material changes will be signaled (e.g., banner). Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

Applicable law determined by operator jurisdiction (for demo context: EU member state). Conflict rules do not apply. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected where legally required.
